rt_utils.php - Where in Filezilla

Hello
I am making changes to a site that has no webhost CP so all changes need to be made and uploaded in Filezilla (I have done little more than upload with FZilla)
It seems that whatever files are on Fileziila reflect what are on my usual host CP except for rt_utils.php
I have followed the path in Zilla that rt_utils.php is stored in my CP but no luck
Can someone tell me where this file is please or perhaps a better way of doing this?

Been through each file again, unless I'm missing something (Could be
Files in /templates/rt_template-name/ directory are as follows
Css, Images, Js, Rockzoom & SFIR

- You mentioned you have /css, /rokzoom/, /js , /images and /SIFR directories in that path. The rt_utils.php file is in the root template directory, i.e. the directory which as /css within it, you should be able to see it otherwise the template would fail.

Yes I see what you mean, when I check another site that is hosted with CP and uses Plesk, In the template directory I can clearly see the files named above and others including rt utils.php
However, when I go into Filezilla, these additional files are missing
I have attached a screenshot for you to look at
I have also opened all folders in the template file (just incase it was hiding)
