Should RT sites validate? Should I be alarmed if I have 30+ errors?

to answer your initial question ...
go to validator.w3.org and put in google.com .. see if that validates
i'm all for standards - but i think there is too much pressure to have websites 'validate'
addition:
i'm also 99% sure that google doesn't penalise for not validating - so while it's lovely to get your site to 'validate' it's not something you really should worry about - only my opinion though and i'm not sure about hte other search engines .. - Last Edit: 16 years 1 month ago by damo.
