I Want My Site Recognized By Search Engines

Hi,
No I didn't touch until five minutes ago, when google listed 57 restricted links to my site. I removed the robot.txt, and replaced it, because it didn't make any difference. And there's something else that's pretty interesting...
I posted earlier on this subject, cutting and pasting the non-sef url, and wrote out what I wanted the url to be ( www.hepcmo.org/services.html )
When I click on the link above it goes to the page! Why is it doing this, if the actual url is the long and tedious one?
