      I have updated this OpenX floating ad banner module. I have added a new feature. Since a floating ad banner is an aggressive as position for visitors I did not want to force them to have to click close on every page load. That could drive people away from the web site.

      I thought it would be good to have a module setting for display rate. In this case it is the number of times per hour the banner should be displayed to a visitor. For example a setting of 6 would display the banner 6 times in 1 hour or about every 10 minutes. A setting of 30 would try to display the ad position every 2 minutes.

      Take it for a ride. Let me know if I missed something.
