Do you guys know of anything that would be like a job application but have check boxes for different locations you are applying for. and for each check box, there would be a different email.
For instance, if you check box1 it will send to email1, check box2 it will send to email2, when it is submitted in the end. - Send moderators PMs ONLY if they request it.

Yup. Fabrik.
You can set the 'label' AND the 'value' of the checkboxes, so set the label to, say, 'checkbox1' and the value of 'checkbox1' to 'This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.'. Then you simply use a {checkbox} token to email it to the value of the checkbox, if that makes sense.
