standard registered user only get limited forum.

A club member gets full access forums and downloads.

When membership expires you get the following

Full forum but 0 access to downloads???

    • :arrowu: Really not practical as far as the club is set up.

Perpetual support is not offered with any software / club that I know of.

    • "Full forum but 0 access to downloads???"

So you really think we should provide support for free? Updates to the templates could be downloaded on "shady websites" anyway.

With your idea we would be out of business within a year or so.

    • thats not what im saying prim.

You can see who is an active member by the active user icon...

Just dont answer posts to questions they submit

leave them to the community to answer.

Also i report what downloads i can find outside of this site.

    • It won't. One big flaw with your idea is that we have to check each member's subscription before answering his/her posts. Another thing is it will only look bad when browsing the forum...
There will be tons of unanswered posts, that will make members think that the mods are extremely lazy.

    • Hello

Give the poor guy some help. As a member who has used Pro membership for over 4 years now, and will renew again, I find it rather blind sighted that a guy should have to beg for help a day after membership expires. Especially if he posted for help before that. Is this a Ford Warranty or Rocket Theme? The member is quite likely to run into other issues that will necessitate re-joining in no time. The above will only serve to have them look at other clubs. Ive been in CS way to long to not see that coming.

    • I tried to find the template specific forum and I can't... I just purchased my membership 7 days ago. Anyways, I'm on the MixxMag Template and I'm trying to place my logo. Well, What I basically need to do is extend the spacing above the existing logo.

I've gone into the template.css and I've tried adding height, I've tried everything I can think of in the top header css and even in the search css and no luck. I even tried going into the specific styling of style10.css and no go. Please help! I just need for the top of the face to not be cut off, the width and placement of the pre-existing "arrow style" logo is perfect. I appreciate anyones help on this.
