I'm not saying you're lying, but until proven otherwise it is me your client who is the user's template and am faced with the problem long ago and found alone a solution to it.
The question of the Captcha problem has already been asked on your forum and has never been solved (read my old topic and contributions if you have any doubt), and the VM forum or other community, everyone refers me to your forum. So who should we contact for support?
The points raised 2-5 find an answer to the fact that my subscription was long over and I did not want to renew it because it does not really worthy since you say you own the problem does not come from your module/development. So I think I was right not to renew my subscription to get that kind of support about bugs encountered that would not have found the solution here?

Contrary to what you say, I reported all problems whenever I could as my subscription was active and since i was using VM version 1.1.4 to the 1.1.8... this topic for example :

It is an example of the problem met with this commercial template/module : is there any answer at the end? And i do not see why I should apologize to clarify this point to the reader of this topic but i will also stop wasting time to read and explain that few important bugs in you commercial template can't be solved here!
