- No geo blocking in place. I just went to home page from outside my network:
  williamsairparts.com

- Yes, that works but we cannot access the administrator part because we get redirected to the main site.

- ok now I got on... You are using apache2handler - that is what is giving you the permissions issues. You should change to cgi/fastCGI instead - you may then also have to reset group/owner on all your directories as invariably some of the will have been set to "apache" group/owner
