Re: Template settings not working after upgrade to Joomla 3.4.8

Please don't post huge logs like that in this forum as attachments. One line would have been sufficient. So your host is blocking access to your site programs because of a sql injection attack. So, your site has been hacked and contains malicious code. There is nothing that RT can do about this you will have to take this up with your host. The only options that you have are:
1. restore back to a backup prior to the attack.
2. emply a security firm to clean your site (but I doubt this would recover the functionality of your site). e.g.
https://sitecheck.sucuri.net/
3. Rebuild your site again from scratch.

I'm sorry but I don't see how RT should take responsibility for your site being hacked by someone else?
I gave you the link to a well know security firm in good faith and I did also say that I doubted that they would be able to restore the working of your site too (hence why they want such a large fee I suspect).
I can tell you that "error 28 from storage engine" is an error that means you have run out of disk space on your server, so again this is a hosting issue and nothing to do with RT. You need to discuss this with your hosting company.
I presume as you are persevering that you don't have a backup to restore too. If you did I would suggest that you change hosting company if your host is not willing to help you.
