it's free but keep in mind this not a perfect solution.
Since I never really found forced settings useful (perhaps I'm wrong) but the css for forced settings is not calculated. Perhaps I'll add that some day ...

Hello,
I have been trying to get this to work in the Nebulae template with little success. I have the features appearing, I can change the mywidth value (and it seems to stick) but alas, no change on the sites width. I am working with J1.7 and am not sure if J1.6 is only where this applies but it seems to mostly work (except actually changing the width). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I did it awesome, you do a few minor alterations to use it for a Facebook Landing page. But it works like a charm. Width has to be 22. and you have to add float-left in two places to get the whole template to stay left. I havent figured out the scroll bars yet. But i think thats Facebook.

First off, thank you for this great solution!
I'm having a column width issue and was hoping someone might be able to steer me in the right direction. I am using the Hybrid template (12 column) on Joomla 1.5. The MyWidth solution worked immediately and changed my width to 1080px.
My issue is that my far right column (sidebar a) will not expand to the extra width created (which is what I need) and remains the same width as before the change. What happens is that there is just extra white space added to the far right. I've been digging through my css (using Firebug) and haven't been able to figure out where to increase the 'sidebar a' position width. I have the Gantry layout MainBody set at 9|3 which is how I want it.
Gantry 3.1.18 with EXPERIMENTAL set at 70.

- the problem here is that Hybrid (like Pardox) is using a different mainbody layout/structure (to get a same-height-effect of the columns) so this section does not really get the new widths. Can you disable the RokGzipper so we can se what is going on? If I remember right there are some special rules for the #rt-main in template.css ...
