NEVER tell paying subscribers that you can't do a fix because you're "flat-out working (on your own stuff)".
Thanks for your customer service tip, but at RocketTheme we are in the habit of telling the truth rather than create stories. As for the work being our "own stuff" that is only partially correct. The majority of the changes that RTV3 brought were requested by members so the work was not just for our benefit.

We do not give ETAs as they may change if something with a higher priority occurs.
For all who have the same issue - We have provided a temporary fix that you can implement until we do release an updated version.
