    • The only template in the template manager is Versatility 4.

(Of course V4 should still show, but if the other template folders are not there, of course you wont see them.)

I wonder how or why you removed them or is this part of the issue.

    • This is EXACTLY the issue. Except I don't even see a way to access V4 at all via the back end. How does one access to edit the settings?

I did not remove anything. And this is the same on about 6-8 other installs for other sub-domains on that server.

Any idea what is going on?

Thanks again for taking the time to help me figure this out.

    • I also noticed you are using multihost, I'm not too familiar with it.

Is this what is reorganizing your template directories?

      Can you check the documentation?

You could run a test install with the RL and the sample data on your server in a sub folder, not a sub domain, and not use multisite to manage it.

That way you could start ruling out possibilities.

      Dear JEM -
Yes, it's called "Multi-Site" and it's used to allow me to share a basic website "template" (of files, but not the mySQL tables underneath).

At first, I suspected this exact thing. To prove or disprove it, I made the SGVIE website (the one I pointed you to) a totally stand-alone system that did not utilize "Multi-Site" in any way. And still I cannot see the templates.

I cannot see how the Multi-Site utilized in other totally isolated directories could have anything to do with this problem.

For testing, could you confirm that you have tried a Rocket Launcher install with the sample data in a sub folder with a new database?

(Not a copy of the site you are having problems with.)

The problems is that I am not a multisite user and I cannot replicate the issues on localhost or my server, so I really don't know how to troubleshoot this one.

I've asked some other moderators to take a look at this thread as well.
