I currently use this gallery (the small version) and you can see the look of this gallery on my site:

This gallery is very nice also for its administration: you can upload many photos in one upload.
And, it support flash videos.
However, if you don't love flash features, I suggest you PonyGallery.

Gosh! You guys got me interested in trying Gallery2 again (I like the 'gotgtek' gallery also), but I just can't get it to work. It's the same old problem!
The Bridge asks me for the 'full path', I copy the path in, and it always says 'Full Path Incorrect'. I always get this and I just give up and go to something else. I've never seen Gallery2 work for me.
My full path is: /var/www/html/gallery2/
I've tried it with and without the trailing slash.
BTW, where can I get the latest Gallery2 and Bridge. Could that be it?
Any suggestions?

Hi,
Perhaps you have do a mistake in your full path.
If you want to have the full path easily, you can use the script "whereami".
You just have to place it in the folder where you have install the gallery then you go to http//yoursite/gallery_folder/whereami.php and the script tell you where you are.

It is too simply to install (it is a joomla component), easy to administrate and really beautiful
You can comment and rename your pictures, make album, upload many pictures ...

Personnaly I have try all the gallery and this one is far the better

How does the 'gotgtek' gallery integrate with Joomla? It does look interesting? Plus, will it allow others to upload images or is it just for one individual?

BTW, and I know this may sound dumb, but, how do you install Gallery2? I may not be doing that correct and the Bridge doesn't work because Gallery2 is not installed correctly. Any advice?

You need to install Gallery2 in a different directory (like mine at bentonhighschool.com/gallery/ ) and install the bridge - mine is from extensions.joomla.org/component/option,c...nk_id,137/Itemid,35/ . All the config values shoudl be set automatically if you already have Gallery2 installed. I do all of my uploads just in my gallery2 install - not through Joomla! Thank, Stewart, but I don't seem to be able to install Gallery2. I've copied all the files, like Coppermine or SMF, and then I try to access the install by typing in the URL, but nothing happens. Am I missing something?
