Gallery Suggestions?

Hey guys, first post here and am also looking at integrating a gallery.
1. I'm currently running the joomlahacks.com SMF bridge, so it must be compatible with that. Has anyone here successfully bridged Joomla + J-SMF bridge + Gallery2?
2. One of the features I am after is to allow each user a set amount of storage space in the gallery - for example, "basic" user will have 1MB of storage, while "advanced" will have 5MB. Does Gallery2 allow this?
