      I feel obligated to share the end result of this conversation with you. After bringing this up to Andy and mentioning the inconsistencies between the Joomla memberships and the Wordpress memberships, the decision was made to eliminate the differences between the two clubs. Now both the Joomla club and the Wordpress club have the exact same terms, membership options, renewal options and prices. There should be less confusion about how this works now.

      Of course, the Wordpress club previously had lower prices than the Joomla club did, and this is no longer the case. The prices and terms of the Wordpress club have been raised to match the prices of the Joomla club. Since both clubs are offering the the same level of technology, development and support, we see no fairness in offering Wordpress memberships at a lower cost from here on out.

      Not to say that this change wasn't inevitable at some point, the fact that it happened today is a direct result of the complaints stemming from this thread. I looked into your concerns and brought it up to the top, and after further consideration, the change was made to eliminate the discrepancies between the clubs from here on out. This certainly wasn't the outcome I was expecting, but it's a done deal.

      Ironically, had you guys just accepted how our service works and renewed your memberships last week instead of starting this thread and raising a big stink about it, you would have been able to get a better deal on your renewal than you can currently, as the new pricing went into effect a few hours ago. There is an old saying: careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

      We certainly understand if you do not wish to renew, but if you would like further support and access to our products, it is your only option.

    • Hi, sorry for anyone who looking for an answer. This is precisely the reason we have dedicated product forums for our members, as it allows us to help with the specific issues directly. Honestly, this question has been asked and solved many times over. A quick forum search of the error message brings up a nice list of solved threads regarding this issue.

      In case you can't access the thread, check that your server meets the minimum requirements to run RokGallery and that your configuration file has the correct paths.

      Further questions regarding this issue should be posted in the RokGallery forum so the moderators there can help you.

      I didn't quite expect this thread to explode into an argument about RocketTheme's customer service or subscription terms.

      When I think about purchased software and support subscriptions I think of Microsoft who continue to support and release patches for their software to customers long after it is profitable for them to do so.

      I have contacted you via the official route and I would appreciate it very much if you could send me the latest version.

    • Hi, as we've explained in painstaking detail here, over and over again, you need to renew your membership to get the downloads. We will not send you or anyone else files under any circumstances - they are only available through the downloads section of the website, which you must be a member to access.

      Whether you post the question here, email it to us, write us a letter, or carve it in stone for the whole world to see - the answer is the same: You must be an active member to download products. Not sure how I can be any more clear about it.

      P.S - T3Kaos, I totally understand the frustration and anger the delay might have caused but I will really appreciate it if you don't use threats to get service out of any company, thanks! :-)

      Bhavesh instructed me to contact you guys via the Contact Us form to receive further help with the issue. Also the reason I ask for a product update is because this bug in fact existed at the point of purchase rendering the software unusable, you have advertised this product as being available as part of the subscription package and have not mentioned these technical issues clearly to me before I purchased.

      I would like to request again that you send me the updated version of the plugin Cliff.

      Can you please post here the route customers who no longer have Club Access but were sold a non-working version of the software can take to receive this critical fix?

    • We can help you on email if you are having a problem with your account, like your payments aren't going through, or you can't log in, or you have a question about your membership, our clubs or entitlements - that's the point of our email support.

      PTMDChurch - Your membership expired 3 months ago. This is not a problem on our end, this is your choice. You choose not to renew, and by making that choice you also choose not to be able to access downloads and support any longer. If you want the update - renew your membership. You have no other options for obtaining it from us.

      If you need to know more about how this works, just flip back through the previous 3 pages of this thread and read all of the ranting, raving and colorful examples we have all provided thus far.

    • Hi Cliff, I don't think I'm being clear. I am requesting a fix for a faulty product which I purchased which doesn't function in the way you advertised. It is my right as a consumer to recieve a fix for a product which does not work as advertised or if this is not possible I will be happy with a refund.
