SOLVED RokSprocket Issue - Cannot use RokSprocket Modules

Hi,
I've recently updated my RokSprocket module and am now unable to edit any existing modules and cannot create any new RokSprocket modules.
Please see the image.
This image is hidden for guests.
Please log in or register to see it.
I am unable to make any adjustments, click anything, etc.

Hi there,
Looks like it may not have installed completely. Please try re-installing the extension again.
A common cause of this is the host server php setting which defaults at 2MB for file uploads and RokSprocket is 2.56MB so you may need to ask your host to increase that php setting. A good average these days is between 6-12MB
If this resolves your problem then please edit your first post in this thread by adding [SOLVED] at the start of the title and click on the icon and select the 'tick' icon. This lets the moderators know that it can be moved to the solved section.

Hi David,
The RokSprocket Module was installed correctly and I have been utilizing it, however when I performed the latest update this issue occurred.
Do you suggest I uninstall and then re-install it?
Also, if I uninstall it, what will happen to the modules I have already created using RokSprocket?

Hi Jacob,
Do not uninstall it as you will lose all settings and existing modules.
Is this a Joomla site or Wordpress, as you have posted in the General forum?
If Joomla simply install as you would with any extension.
If Wordpress then you have to extract and replace existing files via ftp.
Just check your global configuration and check what value you have for php setting Maximum File Upload Size. If 2MB then that will be the problem.

Hi David,
I am running Joomla 2.5.17 and the Maximum File Upload Size is set to 20 currently.
I tried uploading and installing the RokSprocket module again, but it just said it "updated" the current installation and the problem still occurs.
Any other suggestions?

Hi Jacob,
Update Joomla after taking a backup.
Running on 2.5.17 is just asking to be hacked. Current Joomla is 2.5.25. Also check that Gantry is up to date as well.

Thanks for the tip - I completed the backup, update and updated all plugins.
Still no luck on the RokSprocket Module however.
