- Ok, but I need support on the template i bought! and since I bought it some time in the past, and only now i am using the template i didn't receive one minute of support. How can I get support for what i paid for?

To summarize:
You did not 'purchase or pay for one template'
You purchased a subscription to the RT forums for a specific amount of time, access to all the templates, and a certain amount of entitlements. - Thanks,
