    • To be honest, it's not OUR fault that you never asked for support while you were an active member.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

A template is only as good as the content that goes into it ;) - DanG

      Agree!

Unfortunately I didn't start to work on the template until it was to late... And now I do have a little problem with rokstories in IE8 and don't know how to solve by my own... The rest of the site is complete and working properly...

I don't really enjoy your membership system, since I wanted a template, bought it and got no support when problems arrived, unlike dozens of other templates bought by my company..

For us this is a reason to buy templates elsewhere from now on..

Best of luck, but you will find that other template clubs do in fact use the same system.
    • Thanks,

    • Here's a question (not related to a specific style, just the Gantry system)

First of all let me tell u, u guys did a great job on the new system Gantry, thumbs up for the ppl that worked on it, really pro!

My question is: I try to increase the overall width of the site, not just a module or maintable etc. I want the overall site width to be bigger. Is there a way to make this modification? i don't see that option in gantry. If not, can u take it into consideration please? Would be extremely usefull!

Thank you very much for your support! and keep up the great work u guys are doing

PS i even checked the features tutorial and didn't find something related

You may checked Andy's comment here Andy Miller wrote:
we looked at fluid960, but there were several problems. First it is not source ordered. Second there are inconsistencies and bugs with IE at certain sizes. We decided these two negatives outweigh the restriction of the regular 960 grid to be fixed width.

    • Aham, got it, was thinking of something like that, when i saw that the template styles were divided into all the important browsers, like "templateopera" "template firefox" .. explorer...yea...the old default... "we don't care if u like it, we give it to you and your will use it because u are to lazy to search for another browser" browser (short WDCIULIWGITYAYWUIBUATLTSFAB") also, etc etc. Changing one would cause some big problems in the others. Nevertheless, if u guys find a safe way, would be really nice for the future!

Thank u very much for your help and keep up the great work u guys are doing

    • Admin and Mods:
Andy's first post of this topic stated: "Even if your membership lapses, you can still renew for a full year at the discount price of $75, that's a 20% off the regular price.". I have seen any changes since. I assume that there is still a discount for this situation. Correct? Thanks.

    • Thanks Andy for the confirmation. I thought that was the case, but got charged at $90 for a renewal of my lapsed account w/o the discount. Who do I need to contact?

    • I find it curious that my template went on the fritz just after my membership expired.

The front page is fine.. but none of the other pages seem to work. Any chance you can give me a hint as to what is wrong?
