Of course I meant the phpbb template matching joomla Jan09 one.
Hopefully you'll release future phpbb themes the very same day of the joomla template. I don't see the point in releasing phpbb matching templates after 2 weeks or even a month later.

Probably has something to do with Joomla having to be 100% finished before it's converted / ported / tweaked to work seamlessly with phpBB.
With all the stuff that goes on 'behind the scenes' when getting the latest template ready for release, it can be down to days or hours before everything is perfect.
So, there's not much lead time on the phpBB side to get everything in sync by the first of the month.
In any case, when a new template is released, with the phpBB club up and running, you can rest assured you'll have a matching, workable, stable release of a phpBB theme soon after. - Thanks,

The phpbb styles are built from HTML "snapshots" of the Joomla template so yes the Joomla template needs to be 100% complete before the phpbb style can be finalized.JEM wrote:

Oh, I thought the phpbb3 template club would follow the template of the month.
I was expecting a new January template AND the matching phpbb3 template.
Is this not how it works?
