These comments come up EVERY month and I feel like i'm repeating myself every month when i say the following....

The fundamental issue here is that we provide a "club" subscription. That means that we are basically giving you the keys to the candy store for a set amount of time. You have access to download and use any template we offer. Some people seem to think that this means that EVERY template has to be perfect for their individual tastes, but that's simply impossible.

Whenever we create simple designs, we get blasted by those people that like more visual enticing styles. Whenever we create more different/unique/interesting designs we get blasted by those that want the simpler/cleaner/more business style designs. It's a no-win situation for us, we simply cannot please everyone all the time.

We use this subscription model because we feel it's best for our users. We are basically letting people choose, and change their minds and provide immense amounts of options, extensions, forum access, etc for a very low price. Trust me, it certainly is way more work for us, and we take a lot more abuse and negativity in the forums than we would if we used a per-template-fee model that many other providers use. This is because people feel that because they paid to access all our templates, all our templates must be usable by them.

You see what i'm saying here? If you don't like ANY of the templates, you probably should not of joined in the first place. If you like only one, then basically you still got a good deal because that price is still a bargain for the template plus extensions, plus forum access. If you like more than one, you've really got a fantastic deal.
