In the past I see extraordinary new design, unique and very beatifull, but some of the last template are just a composition of old ones. Is like need time for have somethings special and meanwhile just make a puzzle for cover some months.
I tend to take a more relaxed view of each new template than most people do. Fresco will not work for most of my anticipated sites, without serious modifications, but there is one particular site that MIGHT look good with this template.
That's just fine with me. RT already has me happy with an Ionosphere site that I am building, and a Paradox PHPBB forum.

As a designer I need TOTAL CONTROL over the colors. They have to reflect a logo or importants colors used by a company or brands. No half bake solutions accepted.
— Yes I can use CSS — But It will be way more efficient to have it in the Template Manager. Only rush and fast no cost template will use a “Whatever color approach” leaving the more pro or commercial Users (the one that really pay the bills) with no choice to go with css,,,
