    • Wrong thread Patrick.
    • Please reply with a direct link to the issue & create a new thread for each new issue.

    • I can see the LOVE ! :arrowu: :?:

      Just want to point: The transition effect on the Body when loading the page — That, to me is pretty new... and very well represent what Rocket Team has been up to...
      Adding cool useful stuff to their templates...

      And notify that when you use Google fonts that this little transition time make the ugly effect of passing from a system font to the Google Font that you can sometime briefly see, disappears making the use of Google font and Rocket Template a better pro choice...

      For the questions ..... I just add them because I live in a free Country and I think you do to!

      Just want to add, after my return to Rocket Theme waiting for a good 2.5 template that fit my need, that all my wishes (almosts) are granted with the beautiful Ionosphere Template

      http://demo.rockettheme.com/?template=ionosphere

      Rocket got my Five Stars Again....

      Thanks!

      Where you live and where RT lives is irrelevant and free has nothing to do with a companies private forums. You posted a technical question in a non-technical forum at the end of a non-technical thread.
    • Thank you,

    • That's what I meant Patrick. Thanks Jason.
      The load transition-feature was introduced with Modulus if I remember right.
      I won't explain it in detail. But there are 4 parts.

      1. the index.php

      a script in the head-tag (pretty obvious what it does)

      if ($gantry->get('loadtransition') && isBrowserCapable()){
      $gantry->addScript('load-transition.js');
      $hidden = ' class="rt-hidden"';
      } else {
      $hidden = '';
      }
      and some markup

      <div id="rt-transition"<?php echo $hidden; ?>>

      2. some css for the browsers that can handle transitions (and dont need the mootools transition) -> template-webkit.css

      #rt-transition.rt-hidden {opacity: 0;}
      #rt-transition.rt-visible {opacity: 1;-webkit-transition: opacity 0.4s ease-in;}

      3. js-script in the js folder of template load-transition.js.
      It'S not compressed and pretty easy to understand.

      4. some stuff in template-options.xml to turn that off and on.

      Actually there is nothing more to explain unless you have an issue with this feature.
      For the questions ..... I just add them because I live in a free Country and I think you do to!

      If you want answers for support questions just post them in the right forum. This isn't the right place.
      Yes you can post what you want and what is covered by forum rules here but don't expect us to answer everything. Wonder what drives you to post a statement like that.
      Mike VanKirk started this thread along time ago and for sure he didn't started it to ask about features in older templates.

    • Well, more and more people use the internet on a variety of devices. They use smartphone's, tablets up to huge 27" (32"??) screens to browse the web. Responsive designs are a reaction to this changed use of screen size and resolution to get the most out of your website.

      Well, if you eliminate the repetitive posts there might only be 445 of them.
