    • Okay, I was just looking for some answer to the problem that comes up for me. Like 3 months ago I signed up for a membership but havent't used any template since then. Now the memberships is expired, so I have the Mynxx Template and now like to use it. With 1 entitlement this should be okay.

      BUT, the problem is, now how do I get 2 things corrected that are caused by errors in the template? Not due to customization or any work on the template, simply because of the template has errors or bugs.

      Now I thought I can submit something like a support ticket to get this fixed by people who know the template and will not have to spend hours of my time in the forum. Simple reason for this approach, I do not have the time when doing an own business and not having some designated clerk to do forum work. I will be right, that there won't be anyone of the members who can quickfix it, so that you understand what error this is and why it comes up due some "faulty" work by the designers, here it goes...

      Problems are: Mynxx VM Categories, the Rok module works uncorrectly from like the 3rd subcat on. The cat module slides but slides below the background of the module, simply said, anything below a certain height slides below the the bg and is inaccessible. This is no browser specific error and also when, same thing.

      The store has 1064 categories in 19 Topcats. Big problem, as for 1 top cat come like 20 subcats with again 20 subcats and when the list becomes longer the mentioned error comes up. The content that is simply too long for the module specs created by the designers of it, slides below the bg as the module does not get longer, stretches further to the bottom, as it should...When using the original vm cat module without effects this would not happen but it is inappropriate to not use this one and to not get this fixed.

      Second problem, even worse and appearing combined with the error mentioned above...when being on the product page, the module unfolds the category selected but the content below the active cat in the module is cut apart from the rest of the module (same thing as above also appear but plus that) and appears like 2000px below the module creating a long range of space below the point where the module is cut off and the rest appears below again. Overall, this way the whole flypage is strechted to like 2000px below where it normally ends..

      So my question is, how can I get those 2 template wise errors fixed. Is there any support moderator who knows what to do and whom I can mail the address and access credentials to fix it. This is simply a bug I'd like to get fixed from people with skills to do so and obviously it would make no sense at all to post it in a forum here to get member assistance. The people who made this template and this module, who worked out the classes and codes will know at ease what to do, so please comply and correct this messy error directly on my site with confidential submission of the address and access credentials.

      Is this for something like WalMart or HomeDepot? That's a lot of categories! Then you are putting multiple products in each one? If your store is that big, you should be able to post for some help in the marketplace.

    • What the ..........! I'm a member now for three years, and i don't recognise you're complaint. I had in those years a couple questions (or a bit more :cheesy: ) and ALWAYS had very good assistance from the team. Thats the reason that i stay a member for the Joomla templates AND the php templates. I've never experienced a better help then here. The only thing i can tell everybody is that RT is the best with the templates AND the assistance!

    • I have followed this post and was wondering if one of the many RT moderators on this sthread could give me a yae or nae on this:
      "Seeing as it based on Lightbox, can RokBox disclose which image is being browsed among the total images in the album? ie. image 5 of 25 and display this information in the comments or other area of the box? I know that Rokzoom can but I can't find anything in RokBox that will enable this function.

      I would love to know what $60 buys at your business.

      RT provides a product that works out of the box and they will even let you have the equivalent of the floor model all set up. In addition, you get access to a forum that is second to none with regards to support and experience. The forum is also full people that are glad to offer you assistance for free and if all else fails, there is a specific forum set up to hire someone.

      Just my personal opinion, but it seems people are becoming more and more unrealistic with their expectations.

    • All that i can say is that RT Support is the best that the people can find into the Template clubs, even maybe this user felt that there was not help. Dont know!!!

      I know maybe yours dont see it, but i still think that RT Support is Terrific.
