England v Paraguay
On paper England should easy walk this one, but as we all know the world cup ain't like that and Paraguay are dangerous.
I bet nobody thought costa rica would get a couple against germany, though the germans did look bloody awfull in defense!
So fans what are your predictions today? (mine are in brackets)
England v Paraguay (3-0 to england)
Trinidad and Tobago v Sweden (2-1 to sweden)
Argentina v Ivory Coast (3-1 to Argentina)

How wrong can I be on the score!!! Major thanks to the Paraguay geezer for the own goal, but what an awesome ball in by becks. Thank god we won that one...the last 15mins I was a real nervous nerris!
Was it me or was the ref a bit of a knob jockey, too many cards and for what reasons?
The beeb pundits were slating sven for taking off owen, but in the end it's 3 points and we're off to a flying start.

Yeah, not very inspiring play i'm afraid, but at least trinidad/tobago vs. sweeden was a nice score
I always find myself rooting for the underdogs when it's not my team playing .. heh.

offered this before the match and we would have all taken it.
