Best Calendar out there?

    • I have to say JCal Pro looks great, but unfortunately you can no longer configure the Latest Events Module to display specific categories as could be done with extCal. It gave me the ability to display Cafeteria Menus, Sports Events, Latest Events, etc., all running off one calendar.

The Upcoming Events Module does allow display by category, but there are few display options.

Otherwise I would say it is certainly one of the best. If you don't need this capability, I'd go for it!

If anybody has a work around let me know!

      Thanks for working on it!

I think having two different modules is a bit confusing, all they seem to do is display a little different, maybe making them into one module with many more options?

    • That is the plan....to be honest, we rushed some things out as we were starting to feel like it was never going to launch.

Look for improvements in the future.

    • I just received this e-mail announcement about JCal Pro. I haven't tried it yet, but I have tried earlier versions. A few bugs there, but more potential. With this announcement it looks more hopeful.

Hi Stew, I see that you were able to accomplish something I'd like to do--have ONLY the start time listed on the upcoming events module. As it is (with both start and end times listed), it breaks the line and looks rather unprofessional.
Would you mind telling me how you did that?

      Thanks in advance...
