If the quality is good and they have all the features you need then I would spend the extra $10. That simple $10 may provide just the support you need to complete your project.
Get a sponsor if you have to.

Try to email them and ask them if the WHT coupon code is still valid (do a search on WHT first and find out the exact code before you make contact - I think it was "WHT10OFF" or something like that). That will give you 10 bucks off for as long as you keep the VPS.
During my research (about 6 months ago I think) quite a few people recommended PowerVPS to me. I don't remember why I didn't pick them but my 2 "finalists" were LiquidWeb and DEHE. Again, try do a search on WHT and see what people are saying about PowerVPS.
Make sure you get a "managed VPS" (which means the host will take care of any upgrades and patches for you), and before you make the final decision, contact the host's customer support, ask as many questions as you like and see if they really do cover everything you need, plus you can find out if their support is fast enough for you or not.

It's not that easy you know :/ the site should be good enough for a sponsor, but what kind of sponsor do you think would do and how would I ask for a sponsor..
