Gantry Admin Frozen

- I have a site up and running and received a call from a customer to change their logo. I logged in and the Gantry Admin is Frozen. Can not use the sliders and can not turn features on and off such as set the logo display to off. I am not sure what caused this but tested across IE8, Firefox and Safari with the same results. I saw that their was an update to Gantry 3.1.7 and I upgraded but still the console is frozen. Can anyone assist me with taking a look at this. I will pm you the site with access information. I'm not sure what else to try here.

- Confirming I have the exact same issue - every since I upgraded Gantry to the latest (v3.1.7)
  
  My Firefox Error console shows this as the problem maybe....

- Mine also doesn't work, but when you're in the admin panel of the gantry framework and refresh the page. Your details work fine (at least with my installed frameworks).

  thanks for the details. you have a long list of plugins there, have you tried to disable the 3rd party ones, then cleaned your cache and tried if it makes any difference? i am almost sure one or more of those is causing a conflict somehow.

  I've got the same problem using Gantry 3.1.8, (together with Quantive template).
  Gantry sliders not working at all.
  Any idea what might be causing this?

- I'm having this same problem. I've tried working with Gantry 3.1.4 and 3.1.8, still the same problem with all of my templates on Chrome and IE7.

  you can also send me your link and super admin details to take a closer look.
  
  jessie, there really is no reason for a website developer to be using ie7 in the joomla backend, when there are so many faster and more secure browsers.
