    • Hi Mike,

Can you PM me with a temporary Super Admin access please and I will take a look to see what the cause may be. Please include the link to this post for ease of reference.

    • Hi there,

I suspect that the culprit is php being 5.2.17 - Gantry should be running on 5.3+

      Hope this helps 8)

    • Hello David,

      Thanks for the quick reply.
I will try to upgrade the php version and let you know about the outcome.

    • Hello David,

I asked my provider but unfortunately they do not upgrade to php 5.3+ :(
      Anything else I could do?
Maybe use an older version of Gantry in the meantime.
On the long term I need to find another solution.

I changed a few other parameters in Gantry control panel,
i.e. the layout colors, other position like header. It is really strange that only the mainbody position are not changeable.

      Thanks for the help

    • Hi Jonas,

      Thanks for the access :cheesy:

Good news is I found what is wrong with your WP site. Bad news is that it is pilot error

Please check your widget 'Site Information' and look at the very last closing paragraph tag.

Add the missing > and the layout returns to normal.

      Hope this helps 8)

I am still working on finding a solution. Can't you think of anything else than the php version?
I thought of downgrading to a Gantry version which is supported by my php 5.2.17 version.
Which version of gantry should I try.

In the meantime I work setting up the site on a new hosting package.

      Thanks for the help

    • Hi Mike,

Unfortunately php 5.2.17 is technically obsolete. Hosts/websites that continue to keep using it will find they are more likely to get hacked in future. You could go back to earlier Gantry versions but then newer extensions may not work as expected.

    • Thank you David.
I will most probably change my hosting subscription asap.
