Awesome news Wage! Glad to hear things are still going great after the transplant and that you are back home for the holidays. I'm sure you know but it looks like LSU is one game away from playing for the National Championship! Keep hangin' tough...
Yeah! Don't think for a minute that LSU is gonna slow down!!!
They "stomped" Arkansas and now they have some good momentum going into the SEC Championship game! Chances are will be playing Alabama again!
The SEC is tough every year and this year was no exception!

Here's a link to the video I captured when I was being given the stem cells. It's not very clear because I sent to my photobucket via MMS. I have it saved to sandisk and I'll repost the better version later. Click the picture and it will take you to photobucket.com where you can see the video!
If you look really close you can see the "yellow" stem cells traveling down the IV line.
I had to be admitted into the hospital last week and I just got home. My kidneys were "shutting-down" and I was in danger of dying! My body quit urinating and I was retaining all the fluids I was drinking. I had to have 5-liters of fluid removed from my abdomen. I also have fluid in my legs that has built-up. I'm taking lasix to help get rid of that.

That sounds pretty serious. The fact that you took the time to post about it means that your attitude is positive, and that is going to help you to overcome the problems better. I hope these issues will be resolved and you can take it easy soon.

My mom has the same condition.
On average 4-6L are drained from her abdomen 1x a week.
Sad part is now she had fluid building up in her lungs, so they have to be drained 1x a week, too.
In any case, cherish the time you have, and look forward to a brighter future, despite whatever treatment you have to go through.
You've dodged 1000 bullets!
My dad used to say, 'Any day above the dirt is a good day', God rest his soul.
Cheers Wage, as always, you are an inspiration to all of us.
