Yes you can always scrape around to find resources, but I don't think it should be that way.
Your site is your shop window to the world, and it should be without compromise.
In my time in this business I have seen some almost unbelievable things done by users
I know because I have had to sort out the aftermath.

yeah.. well the fact is that I already reduced about 75% of Vortex Template and even installed the speed bot I payed for.
There's not much to reduce anymore.. unless you guys can help me with that.
And what do you mean, what did you do with Firefox Web Developer add-on to check those things? I only use it to edit css live preview.

But that's the point; it should never be like that.
You should be able to install everything and then focus on your content and actually adding components etc. to enhance the site. - www.ourultimatereality.com

Oh WOW, it can't be any components unless its community builder.. I have created a v2 test site to try and see a few basic things...

Try turning on debug mode and see the number of sql querires pages take to build.
Always good info to know about.
Depending on your components/modules see if any access external servers.
That can slow down loading of a page while code waits for a response from a remote host.
RSS feeds comes to mind. - Magento - phpBB3 - Kunena - RokBridge Specialist

I mean you should never have to compromise your site due to hosting.
I have managed 3500 sites on a single server before now, and many of those were running multiple Wordpress blogs and sundry scripts.
I don't care how big your site is, it should run unless it is on a VPS.
