forget about hosting it on HostRocket Reseller plan. ( $4.99/mth for 24mths + 6 mths free )...its too cheap to be true...so I used live chat to ask them what are their limitations for this plan.....guess what.... they ask me to hold on...............and I was there waiting for more than 1 hour.... NO REPLY AT ALL....totally ignoring me! This is how they handle pre-sales enquiry.....I cannot help to think how I will be treated if I am their existing customer?
There is no time tracking on their live chat...and the live chat can't be emailed for records....- proved that they have no confidence in their service! They are worried to let customers kept it for evidence. - Regards from Laine
