- I had the "game-plan" meeting with the Doctor today. I will be admitted into the hospital at 7:30am in the morning. I will have a minor surgical procedure to insert a central line and then I will start the chemo to kill my bone marrow. I will be in my "bubble room" for 3to4 weeks waiting for the transplant to graft. The doctor did tell me today that my sister and I werw a "perfect match!" As one could imagine, this is the best-case scenario. I really hope that this goes well and I won't have any complications. I am mentally prepared and physically able to survive it. So, the odds are in my favor and I WILL beat this!
