RocketTheme is in the midst of doing a complete overhaul on its entire website. This means new tools, easier access to existing features, and more.

Many of these new features were recommended by our community through forum posts, email, and other feedback we have received over the years. It is our hope that these changes will make it easier than ever to get the most out of your RocketTheme purchases.

In this article, we will detail some of the highlights of the new site and how these current and new features can add more value to your experience with RocketTheme.

Extensions

RocketTheme makes its extensions available to Club members and single-template buyers on a complementary basis. These extensions can vastly improve the experience of both the site manager and end users.

RokBooster, for example, makes it easy to streamline your Joomla site in order to serve it to visitors faster, and with less overhead. This is just one of many extensions available to make building and maintaining your site easier.

Updates

Keeping your RocketTheme products updated is a great way to ensure that you are getting the most out of them. For example, we regularly update products in order to make them compatible with the latest version of the platform for which they are made.

By keeping your template and extensions updated, you can take advantage of the latest features of the platform without having to worry about breaking any of the functionality of a RocketTheme product.

For Joomla, we have created RokUpdater which makes updating RocketTheme products even easier.

Forums

Access to our community forums is one of the perks of being a RocketTheme customer. These forums serve as our main method of support for our users, and we have an entire team of experienced, professional moderators that are able to lend a hand with virtually any issue you may come across when building your site.

You can also use the forums to interact with other members of our community, share and browse hundreds of useful tips, and make suggestions about updates and improvements you would like to see in our products.

Premier Support

If you ever find yourself in a situation where direct one-on-one support with a member of our team would help, you can take advantage of our discounted Premier Support program that promises a two-hour response time within our hours of operation (8am - 7pm EST).

Social Media and the RocketTheme Blog

RocketTheme is committed to providing useful information to our members, and the greater communities to which we support. We often create useful content on our official blog for anyone interested in Web design, creative development, or simply interested in learning more about the methods and tools used to build our products.

Single-Template Purchases

One of the most significant changes is the ability to buy a single template, rather than subscribing to a full Club membership.

We understand that not everyone needs to have access to every template or theme we create for a given platform. For many people, a single template is really all they need to get their site up and running.

Buying a single template comes with the following perks:

• Complimentary access to the extensions catalog for the associated platform.
• Unlimited access to the template files and updates.
• Lifetime access to the template and extensions forums.
• Site license included.

A single-template purchase acts a lot like a Club membership, though your benefits are limited to that single template and/or any included perks (such as access to the associated extensions catalog).

Documentation

With the new site, we have added an entire library of documentation for all of our products, including helpful docs for anyone that is new to a platform we build templates and themes for. This documentation will continue to improve as new content is added.

We are committed to expanding on our documentation to include all of our supported products, in addition to providing useful resources for our customers.

Search

The new RocketTheme site will include a powerful custom-made site search powered by Elasticsearch. This tool makes it easier than ever to find what you need, without having to navigate through menus. It was built from the ground up to be fast, accurate, and incredibly useful.

You can even filter down search results to just the areas of the site you wish to see. Looking for documentation? Select the Documentation filter and only results from the documentation area of the site will appear.
