Well that was a hell of a ride!
The migration actually went really smoothly and we were on track to launch within our estimated 6 hour migration window, but of course we got tripped up by a really obscure bug related to Joomla and nested output buffers! Yes that sounds really technical, and frankly it is. In fact we didn't see this on any of our development sites, nor on our staging, only on production! We had to break out the Packet Sniffer and HEX editor to track it down.
It took 5 hours to track this annoying issue down but we eventually tracked it down and got it fixed. Sorry it took so long, we really were working as fast as we could. Please check out the Tour (on the frontpage) to see some of the new feature we have available in RTv3. I think you will especially love our new search and documentation, but the whole experience of browsing, and downloading should be much more pleasant.
We will create a new RTv3 forum in the next few days to track issues, bugs, questions, etc. In the meantime, please let us know what you think!
