I just switched to Rochen and am happy as can be.
I had lots of problems with my previous host (who shall remain nameless - they are not mentioned here much, if at all) and they all went *poof* when I switched over. - www.gofftech.com Web Design

Hi Matthew, I'm thinking about switching one of my sites to Rochen. What package did you buy? Are you in the US, Aussie , UK or worldwide?

I'm in the US (Northern CA, so not that far from your stomping grounds), and I got the standard reseller package (premium was sold out when I signed up, but I may upgrade later).
So far, things are smooth as silk, and the performance of the server is sooooo much better than where I came from. - www.gofftech.com Web Design

It's pretty good. There are two to look at, I suppose, the WHM (web host manager) and the client control panel. Client is just CPanel, which is pretty solid.
I only have a couple of people switched at this point, and the one complaint that I am getting is that there are too many buttons, but I suspect that is because I have not trimmed their options back to a reasonable level yet.
The WHM lets me create account packages that set all the options, and I can then edit those packages and change every account associate with that package, which is pretty neat. - www.gofftech.com Web Design

Not yet, but I toying with the idea of doing one. I'm still at the conceptual stage, though, so more info on this as it moves along. Right now I pretty much just use the hosting myself, and for customers that want me to handle hosting for them. - www.gofftech.com Web Design

I have been in the hosting business for 16 years and now host sites for several really big Internet marketers.
If there is a demand I would be happy to create a Rocket Theme only hosting service and optimize the server accordingly.
